Hadiya

Hadiya is a piece that I made from a photograph taken from one of my husbands mission trips to Africa.  You can see the original photo on my commissions page.  It is about 22″ x 26″ or so.  Hadiya means “girl” in Swahili. 

B Bear

B Bear is in Old English Sheepdog.  I did this piece when I took a class from Jennifer Day in New Mexico.   It is a thread painting, about 9″ x 12″.  Sold to a private collector.

Bruiser

Bruiser was my daughter’s cat.   I’m not a cat person but Bruiser was the sweetest cat I have ever known.   It is a thread painting, about 16″ x 20″.  It now belongs to her.
